So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele13 as new Layer - Rezise 65% - move it a bit to the Left.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it on the Paper - Activate the Paper Layer - Selections All - Float - Defloat - Activate the Tube Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None - Duplicate Your Tube - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2 - Layer Properties on Overlay or Soft Light - Activate the below Tube Layer - Layer Properties on Luminance (Legacy).

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele58 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Flip Vertical - below on the Right Corner from the Paper.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele14 as new Layer - Rezise 30% - on below Right Side from the Shoes - Layer under Shoes Layer.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele56 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - on the below Left Corner from the Paper.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele24 as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Flip Vertical - on the Right Side on the Flower - Layer under Flower Layer.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele27 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - withthe Bow on the Left Side from the Flower - Layer under Bunny Layer.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele31 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - Rotate Free 90 Left - below on the Paper / Flower and so - Layer under Bunny Layer.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele26 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Flip Vertical - on the below Right Side from the Flower.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele35 as new Layer - Rotate Free 40 Right - on the above Right Side on the Paper - Layer under Paper Layer.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele5 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - Rotate Free 90 Right - place on the Right Side from the Bird - Layer under Flower Layer - erase with the Rubber the Stem on the Left .

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele60 as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 15 Left - on the upper Left corner on the Paper.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele57 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Flipe Vertical - Rotate Free 15 Left - below on the Right Side on the Shoes / Bunny and so - Layer under Paper Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - Duplicate - move in the Middle.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-pap4 as new Layer - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group - Duplicate - activate the below Layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.

- C/P ScrapRD-HeartQueen-ele53 as new Layer - Rezise 50% - Layer under Paper Layer - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Screen.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra49 as new Layer - Rezise 75% - move it with the upper Part in the Middle of the Tag - Layer to the bottom (so it should be the last Layer before the white Layer), perhaps erase with the Rubber what looks below the blue Wings from this Wings - Layer Properties on Overlay (best no Drop Shadow on this).

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra47 as new Layer - Rezise 12% - Flip Vertical - on the upper Left Side on the Wings.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra24 as new Layer - Flip Vertical - put on the Tube / Umbrella - Layer under both Flower Layer (so it´s above the Umbrella Layer) - Layer Properties on Hard Light.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-pap8 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask -
Merge down Group - Activate the fra24 Layer (the Splatter) and apply the Mask on it too.

- Now close all above Layers till the Tube Layer (close it too) and the white BG Layer too - click on one visible Layer - Merge down visible - Duplicate - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2 - Layer Properties on Overlay - make all Layers visible again.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.

- Activate the first Layer - Effects - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Spotlight with the following Settings:

X: 110 - Y: 110 - Size: 90 - Focus: 115 - Inner Grain: 150 - Outer Grain: 60

- Activate the 2nd Layer - Effects - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Spotlight with the same Settings but put Inner Grain on 160.

Close the Eye of the Layer (Hide the Layer).

- Activate the 3rd Layer - Effects - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Spotlight with the same Settings bu put Inner Grain on 170.

Close the Eye of the Layer (Hide the Layer).

- Rightclick on the Frame from Your Pic - Copy all Layers - Open Your AniShop (AS) - Paste as new Animation.

- Back to PSP - Hide the first Layer and make the 2nd visible - Copy all Layers - in AS - put in after the current Single Pic.

- Back to PSP - Hide the 2nd Layer and make the 3rd visible - Copy all Layers - in AS - put in after the current Single Pic.

- In AS: Activate all Single Pics - put the Singlepicproperties to 23 or use Your own.

Save as GIF and you are finished with the Tag!

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put in the frame

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P gemini_hijinks_frame3 as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Click with Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 9 - New Rasterlayer -
C/P gemini_hijinks_p2 in the Selection - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer

- C/P gemini_hijinks_hauntedhouse and paste as new Layer - put on the Left Side on the Frame - pick Your Lassotool and draw a Selection around the Frame so that the Part below from the Frame will be deleted when You Invert and Delete, which You should do then.
Move Layer below Frame Layer - erase what is below the Frame with the Rubber - Duplicate - Layer to Top - erase what is below on the Frame.

Copy Wire_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Layer under Frame Layer.

Activate the Frame Layer - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 7 - Activate the Wire Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Activate the JeansPocket Layer - Delete again - Selections - None.

Copy Ticket_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 12 Left - above on the Left Side on the Frame.
