I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 6 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 450 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-frame1 as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 80 Left - move a bit to the Right - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frames - Selections expand to 5 - New Rasterlayer - C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-paper1 in the Selection - Keep the Selection - Layer under Frame Layer.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it in the Frames - move till You like it - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer - Layer Prperties on Hard Light.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-frame3 as new Layer - Rezise 50% - place above on the other Frame - Duplicate - Layer under BG from frame1 Layer - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame (also the duplicated) - Selections Expand to 5 - C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-paper9 as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer - activate the upper Frame Layer and erase with the Rubber the below Part on the other Frame.

- C/P Your Tube again and place it on/at the Left Side on the Frames.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-wordart3 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - Rotate Free 12 Left - with the pin on the Right below Side on the upper (round) frame (I used Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow - fat on this).

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element4 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - below on the Right Side on / at the frame1.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element1 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - with below Part on the Cupcake - Layer under BG from frame1 Layer - duplicate - Flip Vertical - move a bit up and to the Right.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element12 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - below on the Left on the Tube / frame1 - Layer under frame1 Layer.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element2 as new Layer - Rezise 30% - Rotate Free 12 Left - place on the Flower (on the Left Side) - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element13 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - below on the Left on the Bottle / Tube and so - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element14 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - below on the other Ribbon - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element17 as new Layer - Rezise 50% - Flip and place below on the Ribbons / Cupcake and so - Layer under Bottle Layer.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element6 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - on the below Right Side at / on the Cupacke.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element11 as new Layer - Rezise 20% - below on the Left on the first Ribbon (element13) - Duplicate - Flip and place above on the Strawberry - Layer under Cupcake Layer.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element19 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Rotate Free 12 Right - above on the Right on the Round Frame.

- C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-element16b as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 12 Right - place on the Left Thorns - Layer under Tube Layer.

- I added a few Elements to the Tag which comes with the Tube I used.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P ScrapTK_WickedLittleCupcake-paper5 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group - Duplicate - on below Paper Layer - adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 5.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.

- C/P el6 as new Layer - Rezise 65% - Flip Vertical - above on the Right Side on the Frames - Layer under Ribbon Layer (el9) - Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertical - move it a bit down till You like it (or see my Tag).

- C/P el20 as new Layer - Rezise 355 - Flip Vertical - above on the Right on the Frames.

- C/P el14 as new Layer - Rezise 50% - Rotate Free 15 Left - below on Your Tag - Layer under both Glittersplat Layers (el6).

- C/P wa1 as new Layer - Rezise 30% - Rotate Free 15 Left - above on the Left Side on the Frames - I used Gradient Glow (Fat) on it before I applied the Drop Shadow.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P pp10 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group - Flip Vertical.

When You want with Animation we do this:

- Activate the Heartline Layer (ele51) - duplicate - Hide the Original Layer (Close the Eye in the Layer Pallette) - grab Your Eraser with this settings (sorry German PSP, but I hope it´s all the same)


and erase a bit from the Right End - Duplicate - Hide the below Layer - on upper Layer erase again a bit on the Right End - again Duplicate - Hide Layer - on upper erase a bit - continue with this till You are with erasing near the Heart (I have now 13 Heartline Layers).

- Rightclick on the Frame from Your Pic - Copy all Layers - Open Your AniShop (AS) - Paste as new Animation.

- Back to PSP - Hide the first Heartline Layer and make the 2nd visible - Copy all Layers - in AS - put in after the current Single Pic.

- Back to PSP - Hide the 2nd Layer and make the 3rd visible - Copy all Layers - in AS - put in after the current Single Pic.
Continue with this till You have all Heartline Layers.

- In AS: Activate all Single Pics - put the Singlepicproperties to 12 or use Your own.

Save as GIF and you are finished with the Tag!

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-pap8 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask -
Merge down Group - Activate the fra24 Layer (the Splatter) and apply the Mask on it too.

- Now close all above Layers till the Tube Layer (close it too) and the white BG Layer too - click on one visible Layer - Merge down visible - Duplicate - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2 - Layer Properties on Overlay - make all Layers visible again.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.

So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P frame05_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 65% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections expand to 6 - C/P p01_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it in / on the Frame.

- C/P ivy_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 70% - on the Left Side on the Frame / Tube - Layer under Tube Layer (when possible) - erase with the Rubber (or per Selection) what´s in the Frame from the ivy or let it as it is.

- C/P candle_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on below Right Corner on the Frame.

- C/P champagne_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on the Right Side on the Candle.

- C/P strawberry_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on the below Left Side on the Frame / ivy / Tube.

- C/P heart01_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Flip Vertical - on the Left Side on the strawberry - Layer under strawberry Layer (or Tube Layer).

- C/P chocolate_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 40% - Flip Vertical - on the Left Side from the Candle.

- C/P chain_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 55% - below on the Tag (candle, strawberry and so) - Layer under candle (or Tube) Layer.

- C/P flower03_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Flip Vertical - on the below Right Side on the strawberry and chain.

- C/P heartsleaf02_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 50% - on the Right Side on the Frame - Layer under Candle Layer.

- C/P petals_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 25% - place below on the chocolate / champagne - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - place below on the Flower / srawberry - Layer under Flower Layer.

- C/P heartscatter01_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 50% - below in the Middle (see my Tag) - Layer under ivy Layer - (the next Step only when possible, depends on Your Tube) - Duplicate - move a bit up and to the Left (so that´s in the Frame) - merge one down visible - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

- C/P ladybug01_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 15 Right - below on the ivy.

- C/P butterfly02_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 15 Left - above on the Right Side on the leave.

- C/P ribbon01_LovesKiss_Schnegge as new Layer - Rezise 60% - on the Left Side on Your Tag - Layer under ivy Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - move abit down and to the Left - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P p03_LovesKiss_Schnegge in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
