I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P gemini_hijinks_frame3 as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Click with Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 9 - New Rasterlayer -
C/P gemini_hijinks_p2 in the Selection - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer

- C/P gemini_hijinks_hauntedhouse and paste as new Layer - put on the Left Side on the Frame - pick Your Lassotool and draw a Selection around the Frame so that the Part below from the Frame will be deleted when You Invert and Delete, which You should do then.
Move Layer below Frame Layer - erase what is below the Frame with the Rubber - Duplicate - Layer to Top - erase what is below on the Frame.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_funkyswirl as new Layer - Rezise 45% - on the Right Side in the Frame - Layer under below House Layer - Duplicate -
Layer to Top - erase below what is on the Frame / House.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_spanishmoss1 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on the Left Side in the Middle on the Frame / House.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_flower6 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - below on the Left on the Frame - Layer under spanishmoss1 Layer.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_eyeball as new Layer - Rezise 15% - put on the Middle of the Flower - Layer under spanishmoss1 Layer.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_count as new Layer - Rezise 25% - on the Left on / at the Flower / eyeball.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_pumpkin1 as new Layer - Rezise 25% - on the Right Side on/at the Frame.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put on the frame

- C/P gemini_hijinks_ribbon1 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - below on the Left Side on the Count and so - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_candle as new Layer - Rezise 30% - above on the pumpkin - Layer under pumpkin Layer.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_leaves3 as new Layer - Rezise 20% - above on the Right Side on the Candle / pumpkin - Layer under Candle Layer.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_flower4 as new Layer - Rezise 25% - below on/at the Right on the pumpkin.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_candycorn as new Layer - Rezise 20% - on the Left on the flower4 / pumpkin - Layer under ribbon1 Layer.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_spanishmoss2 as new Layer - Rezise 32% - put on the Right Side from the eyeball - Layer under spanishmoos1 Layer - erase the upper Part above the spanishmoos1 -
Duplicate - move to the Left a bit.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_button as new Layer - Rezise 20% - above on the spanishmoos1.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_ribbon3 as new Layer - Rezise 30% - Rotate Free 95 Right - below in the Middle on the other ribbons.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_funkyswirl2 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Rotate Free 15 Right - on the Right on the Frame and so - Layer under leave Layer.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_bats as new Layer - Rezise 17% - Rotate Free 15 Left - abov on the Left on Your Tag (near the house).

- C/P gemini_hijinks_glittersplate as new Layer - Rezise 45 % above on the Left on Your Tag - Layer under BG from Frame Layer - Duplicate - Flip Horizontal and Vertical.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_p1 as new Layer - Layer under splater Layers - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask241 - Merge down Group.

- C/P gemini_hijinks_p4 as new Layer - Layer under splater Layers - apply the WSL_Mask - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
