I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P as58 as new Layer - Rezise 58% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections expand to 8 - C/P as_paper03 as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it in / on the Frame.

- C/P as54 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - put in the Middle on the Frame - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

- C/P as82 as new Layer - below on the frame - Layer under Tube Layer (think works only with a tube like the one I used) - erase with the Rubber what´s behin Your Tube and looks over.

- C/P as65 as new Layer - Rezise 30% - on the Left Side in the Middle (or near the Middle) on the Frame - Layer perhaps under Tube Layer.

- C/P as52 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - above on the Right Side on the Frame.

- C/P as85 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - below on the Left on the Bad Girl Necklace.

- C/P as87 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Flip Vertical - place below on the Right Side on the Bad Girl Necklace.

- C/P as61 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Rotate Free 18 Right - put it on the Right Side above on the Necklace / Shoe - Layer under Necklace Layer.

- C/P as62 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Rotate Free 18 Left - put it on the Left Side above on the Necklace / Shoe - Layer under Necklace Layer.

- C/P as36 as new Layer - Rezise 13% - place below in the Middle on the Ring from the Necklace.

- C/P as77 as new Layer - Rezise 20% - place above near Middle (more to the Right) on the Frame - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

- C/P as45 as new Layer - Rezise 25% - below on the Left She (look my Tag) - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - arrange till it looks like the other Side (if needed).

- C/P as80 as new Layer - Rezise 55% - below on Your Tag - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

- C/P as59 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - above on the Right Side on Your Tag - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P as_paper09 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask -
Merge down Group - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication - Rezise 90% - Activate the below Paper Layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.

- C/P as88 as new Layer - Decorate Your Tag with it as You like.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
