I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 8 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P Reaper_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 75% - move it down.

- C/P Card_BAC_CoolSkullz and paste as new Layer - Rezise 75% - Rotate Free 12 Right - place on the Right Side on the Reaper - Layer under Reaper Layer - paste the Card again as new Layer - Rezise 65% - Rotate Free 12 Left - onthe Left Side on the Reaper - Layer under Reaper Layer.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it on the Right End from the Reaper - I choosed a CloseUp from my Tube - placed on the Left Side on the Cards and Layer Properties on Overlay.

- C/P Cane_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - place above in the Middle from the 2 Cards - Layer under both Cards Layers - draw a Selection around the upper Part (which looks above over the Cards) - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None.

- C/P Bottle_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 50% - on the Left End from the Reaper - Layer under Reaper Layer.

- C/P Flower04_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Flip Vertical - on the Right Side on the Botte - Layer under Bottle Layer.

- C/P Dices_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 25% - on the upper Left Corner from the Left Card - Layer under the Flower Layer.

- C/P Candle01_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 25% - below on the Left Side on the Bottle - Layer under Reaper Layer - Duplicate - above on the Right Side from the Botte - Layer under Bottle Layer - Duplicate - below at the Feeds from Your Tube - Layer under Tube Layer - Duplicate - above on the Right Side from the Reaper´s Head - Layer under Reaper Layer.

- C/P Crow_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 40% - place below on the Left on the Scroll from the Reaper - Duplicate - Flip Vertical now it could be that You have to move the Light at the Tube´s Feet a bit up).

- C/P String01_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Rotate Free 12 Right - place above on the Right Card - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P BarbedWire01_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 65% - place on the Right Side on Your Tag (looks like mine) - Layer under Flower Layer.

- C/P Flower05_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 60% - on the RighEnd from the Reaper / on Feets from Tube - Layer under Cane Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical (perhaps You need to move it a bit to The Left to ge a matchig look - Duplicate - move a bit to the Right and Down - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - merge the 4 Flowers down visible - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

- C/P Staple_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Rotate Free 15 Right - place on the Stem from the Rose on the Left Side (see my Tag).

- C/P Sparkles_BAC_CoolSkullz as new Layer - Decoarate Your Tag with them.

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P Paper14_BAC_CoolSkullz in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask -
Merge down Group - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
