I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 8 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersAngelicFrame as new Layer - Rezise 80% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections expand to 10 - C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersP10 as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersSteps as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Flip Vertical - below on the Frame.

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersDrape as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Flip Vertical - on the Right Side on the Steps / Frame - Layer under Frame Layer - erase with the Rubber the upper Part of the Drape which goes over the Frame - Duplicate - Layer above the Frame Layer and erase what looks above on the Frame.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it above on the Steps.

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersLantern as new Layer - Rezise 40% - place on the last step.

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersAngelicClockFace as new Layer - below on the Right Side on the Frame / Step - Layer under BG´s from Frame Layers.

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersOrchids as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Flip Vertical - above on the Steps - Layer under Tube Layer (see my Tag).

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersCloud as new Layer - Rezise 35% - place below on the Clock - Layer under Steps Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - move a bit up (so that the below "feet" from the Frame is covered) - Layer under upper Drape Layer.

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersButterfly as new Layer - Rezise 35% - below on the upper Left Side on the Drape - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - below on the Right Side on the Drape.

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersFeather as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Rotate Free 90 Right - below on the Steps.

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersHeart2 as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Rotate Free 12 Left - above on the Orchids / Frame - Layer under Orchids Layer.

- C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersPetiteFlower1 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - below on the Right End from the steps.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P CBJ_AngelWhispersP4 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group - Move a bit down - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Overlay.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
