I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra39 as new Layer - Rezise 65% - move it to the bottom.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it on the Wings - Layer under Wings Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra15 as new Layer - Rezise 65% - above on the Right Side - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra30 as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 15 Left - above on the Left Side - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra21 as new Layer - Rezise 50% - on the Right Side on the Wing / Tube / Umbrella - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra38 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - below on the Middle Right Side on the Wings / Tube - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra36 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - below on the Middle Left Side on the Wings / Tube - Layer under MakeUp Layer (fra38).

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra27 as new Layer - Rezise 15% - below on the Right on the Umbrella.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra46 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - place the blue Hand on the Hearts (fra30) - Layer under the Hearts Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra35 as new Layer - Rezise 18% - above on the MakeUp / Flower - Layer under Flower Layer (fra251).

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra43 as new Layer - Rezise 22% - below on the Left Side on the Wings - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra23 as new Layer - Rezise 25% - put on the Left Skull - Layer under Tube Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra19 as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Flip Horizontal - below in the Middle on the Wings - Layer under both Skulls Layers.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra49 as new Layer - Rezise 75% - move it with the upper Part in the Middle of the Tag - Layer to the bottom (so it should be the last Layer before the white Layer), perhaps erase with the Rubber what looks below the blue Wings from this Wings - Layer Properties on Overlay (best no Drop Shadow on this).

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra47 as new Layer - Rezise 12% - Flip Vertical - on the upper Left Side on the Wings.

- C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-fra24 as new Layer - Flip Vertical - put on the Tube / Umbrella - Layer under both Flower Layer (so it´s above the Umbrella Layer) - Layer Properties on Hard Light.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P RebelDezigns_Lixified-pap8 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask -
Merge down Group - Activate the fra24 Layer (the Splatter) and apply the Mask on it too.

- Now close all above Layers till the Tube Layer (close it too) and the white BG Layer too - click on one visible Layer - Merge down visible - Duplicate - Blur - Gaussian Blur 2 - Layer Properties on Overlay - make all Layers visible again.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
