So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele50 as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections Expand to 10 - New Rasterlayer - C/P RebelDezigns_LL-pap10 in the Selection - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele19 as new Layer - Rezise 50% - Rotate Free 15 Right - place on the Right Side on / over the Frame - Click with the Magic Wand in the Heart - Selections Expand to 2 - New Rasterlayer - C/P RebelDezigns_LL-pap8 in the Selection - Selections None - Layer under Heart Layer - Layer Properties on Overlay.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele46 as new Layer - Rezise 30% - on the below Right Corner on the Frame / Heart.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put below on the Frame / Pillows (I placed a Closeup of the Tube in the Left Side of the Heart and Layer Properties on Screen).

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele33 as new Layer - Rezise 30% - on the upper Right Side on the Pillows - Layer under Pillows Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele20 as new Layer - Rezise 20% - Flip Vertical - Rotate Free 15 Right - above on the Right Side on the Fan - Layer under Fan Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele28 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - above on the Left Side on the Frame - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele30 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - below on the Left Side on / at the Frame - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele5 as new Layer - Rezise 15% - Flip Vertical - on the below Right Side on / at the Candle - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele40 as new Layer - Rezise 25% - place on the Candle - Layer under Rose Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele44 as new Layer - Rezise 20% - on the Left Side on the Candle.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele1 as new Layer - Rezise 20% - Rotate Free 90 Right - below on the Candle - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele35 as new Layer - Rezise 15% - Flip Vertical - below on the Right on the Pillow / Tube - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele47 as new Layer - Rezise 20% - on the Left Side on the Rose (ele35) / Tube.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele7 as new Layer - Rezise 25% - Flip Vertical - on the Left Side on the Raspberry (ele47) - Layer under Raspberry Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele21 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Flip Horizontal - below on the Frame (with the Curl on the Free Space / Feet from Tube) - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele15 as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Flip Vertical - place below on Your Tag - Layer under right Rose Layer (ele35) - erase with the Rubber the Stem.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele16 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Flip and place it on the upper Left Side in / on the Frame.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele42 as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Flip and place on the below Right Side - Layer under Stones Layer.

- C/P RebelDezigns_LL-ele12 as new Layer - Decorate Your Tag with it.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P RebelDezigns_LL-pap2 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Overlay - Activate the below Paper Layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
