At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 8 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P gcz-hs-frame01 as new Layer - Rezise 75% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 10 - New Rasterlayer -
Copy/P gcz-hs-paper14 in the Selection - Selections - None - Layer under Frame Layer - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Multiplication.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put in the frame

- C/P gcz-hs-pinebranch and paste as new Layer - Rezise 50% - Flip Vertical - below on the Frame.

- C/P gcz-hs-branch as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Flip Vertical - put on the pinebranch/frame on the Right Side - Layer under pinebranch Layer - erase the Left Part of the branch with the Rubber.

- C/P gcz-hs-hollydoodle as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 90 Right - on the Left Side onthe Frame - Layer under Tube Layer (when the Tube is above the Frame Layer, when not Layer under BG from Frame Layer).

- C/P gcz-hs-deer as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on the Left Corner on the pinebranch.

- C/P gcz-ltpurple-poinsettia as new Layer - Rezise 30% - on the Right End from the pinebranch.

- C/P gcz-purple-poinsettia as new Layer - Rezise 30% - Flip Horizontal - above on the Left Side on the ltpurple-poinsettia - Layer under poinsettia.

- C/P gcz-hs-candle as new Layer - Rezise 20% - above on the purple-poinsettia - Layer under both poinsettia Layers.

- C/P gcz-hs-ribbon02 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Rotate Free 45 Right - below on the pinebranch/deer/poinsettia - Layer under deer Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical - move a bit down and to the Left - Layer under pinebranch Layer.

- C/P gcz-hs-ornament05 as new Layer - Rezise 18% - place on the Right Side on the branch.

- C/P gcz-hs-snowflake as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on the Right Side on the poinsettias/candle - Layer under candle Layer.

- C/P gcz-hs-paper13 - Rezise 65% - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group - Flip Vertical (I moved mine a bit down) - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Overlay.

- C/P gcz-hs-lightsparkles as new Layer and decorate Your Tag with this.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
