So let us begin ;)
At first two things:
After rezising you had to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)
But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)
At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,
so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)
I used this Shadow: 2 / 2 / 100 / 5 / Black
Open a new image 500 x 500 Pixel, transparent - fill with White.
Copy Frame04_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 78%.
Copy Frame02_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 85% - above on the Right Side on the Frame - Layer under Frame Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical and Horizontal.
Copy JeansPocket_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 110% - put on Your Frame - Layer under Frame Layer.
Copy Wire_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Layer under Frame Layer.
Activate the Frame Layer - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - Expand to 7 - Activate the Wire Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Activate the JeansPocket Layer - Delete again - Selections - None.
Copy Ticket_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 12 Left - above on the Left Side on the Frame.
Copy Flower01_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Flip Horizontal and Vertical - put on the Ticket - Layer under Ticket Layer - erase with the Rubber the Stem from the Flower.
Copy Your Tube and paste as new Layer - put in the Frame - Duplicate - Layer under Wire Layer - activate the upper Layer - erase below some Parts so that it looks like she is coming out from the Wire.
Copy MusicNotes_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 70% - below on the Frame.
Copy DiscoBall_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 60% - on the Left Side on the Ticket / Frame.
Copy Guitar_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 65% - on the Left Side on the Ticket / Frame.
Activate the MusicNotes Layer - erase the Left Part at the Guitar.
Copy Handcuffs_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Flip Vertical - on below Right Corner from the Frame.
Copy Flower09_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 65% - Rotate Free 10 Left - on the Handcuffs.
Copy BuckleBow_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Flip Vertical - above on the Right Corner from the Frame - Layer perhaps under Tube Layer (depends on Your Tube).
Copy Curle01_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 60% - Flip Vertical - on the BuckleBow / Handcuffs - Layer under BuckleBow Layer (or under Handcuffs Layer when the BuckleBow is not under the Tube Layer).
Copy PhotoClip01_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 45% - with the upper Part on the below Left Part from the Ticket - Layer perhaps under Tube Layer.
Copy Glitter_RwM_Schnegge and paste as new Layer - Rezise 80% - Layer under JeansPocket Layer.
Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it
(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).
Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag!
