So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 3 / 3 / 100 / 6 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P tk-trueblood-blackframe3 as new Layer - Rezise 68% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections expand to 10 - New Rasterlayer - C/P tk-trueblood-paperblk2 in the Selection - New Rasterlayer - C/P tk-trueblood-treepaper in the Selection - Layer Properties on Screen - Selections None - both Layer under Frame Layer.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it in the Frame.

- C/P tk-trueblood-lantern2 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - below on the Left Side on / at the Frame.

- C/P tk-trueblood-truebloodwine as new Layer - Rezise 40% - on the below Right Side on / at the Frame.

- C/P tk-trueblood-greenleaf as new Layer - Rezise 50% - Rotate Free 25 Right - below on the Left Side on the lantern / frame - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P tk-trueblood-blackfeather as new Layer - Rezise 50% - on the wine / frame - Layer under lantern Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P tk-trueblood-redrose1 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - on the Right Side on the leaves / frame / wine - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P tk-trueblood-blkflower2 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - on the Right Side on the Right red Flower - Layer under both Flower Layers - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P tk-trueblood-ribbon2-blk as new Layer - Rezise 35% - in the Midle on the leaves - Layer under both redroses Layers.

- C/P tk-trueblood-needle as new Layer - Rezise 35% - Flip Horizontal - on the black ribbon - Layer under ribbon Layer.

- C/P tk-trueblood-ribbon1red as new Layer - Rezise 35% - place with the Knot on the Right Side from the Left redrose - Layer under ribbon Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P tk-trueblood-lace1red as new Layer - Rezise 45% - below in the Middle on the Frame / Leave and so - Layer under both BG´s from Frame Layers.

- C/P tk-trueblood-lipscharm as new Layer - Rezise 30% - below on the Right Side on the Right redrose - Layer under redrose Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P tk-trueblood-splatter1 as new Layer - Rezise 40% - on the Left black flower - Layer under both redrose Layers - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P tk-trueblood-bloodpaper2 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group - Rezise 97%.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
