I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 3 / 3 / 100 / 6 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 550 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_frame 6 as new Layer - Rezise 65% - Click with the Magic Wand in each of the Frames - Selections expand to 10 - C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_pp9 as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it in the Middle in Front of the Frames.

- C/P a CloseUp of Your Tube as new Layer and put it in every Frame (on the Left I have Layer Properties on Soft Light and on the Right on Multiplication) - Layers under Frame Layers.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_shattered glass as new Layer - Rezise 45% - place in the Frames and erase what´s looking over (or with the Magic Wand, same Steps as with the BG from Frame above).

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_leaves 1 as new Layer - Rezise 45% - below on the Right Side on the Frame / Maintube - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_flower 7 as new Layer - Rezise 55% - below in the Middle of the Leaves / on the Maintube.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_flower 5 as new Layer - Rezise 35% - place on the Right Side on the flower 7 - Layer under Flower Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_heart as new Layer - Rezise 40% - place below on the Left Side on / at the Frame - Layer under Leaves Layers - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_clock as new Layer - Rezise 40% - on the Right below Side on the Right flower 7 - Layer under Leaves Layers.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_key as new Layer - Rezise 40% - Rotate Free 15 Left - on the Left Side on the Left flower 7 - Layer under flower Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_print 1 as new Layer - Rezise 70% - above on the Frames - Layer under BG from Frame Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_bow 2 as new Layer - Rezise 50% - Flip Horizontal - place with the Bow below on the Left Side on the black Flower - Layer under Maintube Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_dress as new Layer - Rezise 85% - move a bit down - Layer under print Layer - with Your Selectionstool make a Selection about the upper Part of the Dress - Delete - Selections None.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to add the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_pp8 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group.

- C/P sb_pmt_femme_fatale_shattered glass as new Layer - with the Hole on the Black Flower - Layer under Black Flower Layer (I used the Mask on this one too, but before I applied the Mask I flipped the Mask Horizontal) - Duplicate - Layer Properties on Overlay (depends on Your Tube would I say).

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
